Once upon a time, on a planet in an alternate universe, a family of Grow Beast lived in peace. The family consisted of a mother, and her two son's. The two children were named Green Beast X and Purple Beast X. Their mother always told them that sugar would stunt their growth. Green Beast X wanted to be big and strong so that one day he could play in the NBA (National Beast League). Purple Beast X was a scholar, and really liked his favorite sugary beverage, Tropical Punch Kool-Aid. As a scholar, he wondered about what his mother always told him about sugar was right. He solicited the help of his fellow classmate, Edward, to help with an experiment following Purple Grow Beast X and Green Grow Beast X to see who would grow faster.

Day 1
Day 1 Measurement

On day one, Edward sets up the preliminary experiment to see who will grow to be the bigger beast! Edward begins by setting up the parameters of the experiment, how Green Beast X will grow in water and Purple Beast X will grow in Kool-Aid. Edward will follow the progression of the two beast over a series of ten days, with six entries. On day one, Green Beast X length was 1.875 inches while Purple Beast X length was 1.75 inches. The two beast are set forth on their growth journey as Green Beast X will grow in water and Purple Beast X will grow in Kool-Aid.

Day 2

From day 1 to day 2, Green Beast X grow nearly twice as much as Purple Beast X, a sign that sugar does in fact stunt your growth (at least for grow beast). Green Beast X, who was placed in water, grow to 2.5 inches (an increase of .625 inches). Purple Beast X, who was placed in Kool-Aid, grow to 2 inches (an increase of .25 inches).

Day 3

From Day 2 to Day 3, Green Beast X grew from 2.5 to 3.5 inches (an increase of one inch) while Purple Beast X grew from 2 inches to 2.375 inches (an increase of .375 inches). Green Beast X is growing at a much faster rate than Purple Beast X.

Day 4

From Day 3 to Day 4, both grow beast are slowing down on their rate of growth. Green Beast C grew from 3.5 to 4.25 inches (an increase of .75 inches) while Purple Beast X grew from 2.375 to 2.625 inches (an increase of .25 inches). Although grow is slowing down, Green Beast X, who has restrained from drinking sugar, is still growing at a faster rate than his brother Purple Beast X.

Day 5

From Day 4 to Day 5, Green Beast X grew from 4.25 inches to 4.5 inches (an increase of .25 inches) while Purple Beast X grew 2.625 inches to 2.75 inches (an increase of .125 inches). Given our data up to Day 5, Green Beast X, who has refrained from sugar, is clearly growing at a faster rate and has grown to be nearly twice the size of his brother Purple Beast X.

Day 10

Over the holiday weekend, as America celebrated their independence, Edward was not able to record the grow beast data during that time.

The results on the final measurement have been significant. Not only is Green Beast X larger, but he is healthier. He not only grew to be longer, but shows more girth. Purple Beast X appears to have deteriorated over the course of the experiment. The Kool-Aid not only has stunted his growth in comparison to his brother, but also affected the physical appearance of his body. The water is still water, while the Kool-Aid began to mold. The affects of drinking Kool-Aid over the course of ten days, will have lasting affects on his long-term health. One conclusion I can't make is that is it the sugar, or is the actual Kool-Aid. I would recommend inviting two more grow beast to experiment, one grow beast would grow in sugar water, the other with Kool-Aid with out sugar, one with Kool-Aid with sugar the and the last grow beast in just water. This will help understand what the real affect of the beverages had on the grow beast since two different ingredients was added to water. What I can conclude is that water is better for grow beasts growth than Kool-Aid with sugar. If a grow beast told me that he wanted to play in the NBA, I would highly recommend avoiding Kool-Aid. Below is an attachment summarizing the data.
